  1. Extracting file
    • Execute downloaded file(usbcom.exe).
    • The dialog window will be displayed as follows:
    • If you wish to change the default folder, push the “Reference…” button.
    • When you push the “OK” button, the folder “USBCOM” is made in the target folder (in the case of the above, “C:My Documents”), and USB-COM Port Driver set is extracted.
  2. Uninstall the old USB-COM Port Driver
    • If you already use the “USB-COM Port Driver”, please uninstall this old software as follows.
    • You use this software at the first time, install the USB-COM Port Driver, referring to the user’s manual.
    • Open the folder “…USBCOMUNINSTAL”. (this is in your selection folder)
    • Execute “undwcom.exe”. (About detail of “undwcom.exe”, refer to “USB-COM_Port_Driver_Uninstallation_Guide.pdf”)
  3. Install the USB-COM Port Driver
    • Install the USB-COM Port Driver, referring to the user’s manual.

  • Promotion Period: 1 December 2020 – 28 Feb 2021
  • The promotion is open to all participants above 18 years of age who are residents of Bahrain with a valid CPR ID and Driver License.
  • Promotion Details:
    • Any customer who does the Traffic Inspection for his vehicle at Denso Service Centre in Arad during the promotion period will receive a one BD 5 cashback voucher which can be availed for below specified vehicle maintenance services.
    • The vehicle maintenance services covered under this promotion are - Engine Service, Suspension & Drivetrain, Electrical & Electronics services.
  • The cashback is valid for a minimum BD 25 invoice pertaining to above vehicle maintenance services.
  • The cashback voucher can be redeemed only at Denso Service Centre in Arad.
  • Only one voucher can be redeemed per invoice.
  • The cashback is NOT transferable to any other car or model.
  • Voucher must be redeemed by 28 February 2021.
  • Multiple vouchers cannot be combined.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  • Photocopies, defaced or damaged vouchers will not be accepted.
